The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, practical, and comfortable, with the option for a delicious full breakfast at a reasonable price. However, noise from HGV refrigerator units outside made it difficult to sleep. The location provided good access to Leicester but felt a little uneasy at night, being close to the motorway services.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were excessively hot with no fan or air conditioning, and the noise from the lorry park was unbearable all night. On the bright side, the friendly service staff were helpful, and the location was perfect for my needs. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired.
